If you have sent the proof owner a to-do list and have noticed that a to-do was missing, you can ask the proof owner to revert the to-do list. This action will unlock the proof so you can amend the to-do list.
Reverting the to-do list can only be actioned by the proof owner.
To revert a to-do list:
Open the proof’s info pane by clicking the ‘i’ icon on the proof tile, or when you’re viewing the proof.
Click the cog icon to open the manage pane.
Select revert to-do list.
Read the terms and conditions and then click accept & continue.
Reverting the to-do list will send the proof back to the approver (or gatekeeper) who sent the to-do list. This person will be notified by email that the proof has been unlocked.
