If you have sent the proof owner a to-do list and have noticed that a to-do was missing, you can ask the proof owner to revert the to-do list. This action will unlock the proof so you can amend the to-do list.
Reverting the to-do list can only be actioned by the proof owner.

To revert a to-do list
Step 1
Click the cog icon to open the manage pane.
Step 2
In the to-do list section, select revert to-do list.
Step 3
Add a message if you like, and then click accept & continue.
Reverting the to-do list will send the proof back to the approver (or gatekeeper) who sent the to-do list. This person will be notified by email that the proof has been unlocked.
