When creating a proof using the PageProof Adobe add-on, you can automatically create a monday.com item on your board by using a tag. To do this you must add a template to your monday.com board first.

Step 1

In monday.com, add the following template to your board:

Step 2

Specify a tag. All proofs you create using this tag will automatically create a monday.com item.

In this example, we have specified the tag j313.

Step 3

Specify the column information for your monday.com item.

Note: Make sure you have the column set on your board first.

Step 4

In your Adobe Creative Cloud app, when creating your proof using the Adobe add-on, add the tag specified in the integrations rule you created. Leave the reference field empty.

All proofs using this tag will now create an item in your monday.com board and will be kept in sync as the proof moves through its lifecycle.
