The default colors for when the pen tool is used and how it relates to the status of the comment are as follows:
Gray: Comment is unmarked.
Red: Comment is marked as to-do.
Green: Comment is marked as done.
You can change these default colors under your profile settings.
To change the default pin colors
Step 1
Click your avatar and select profile.
Step 2
In the settings tab, click the pin color to set a new color.
