When the proof’s workflow reaches a gatekeeper or the approver in the final step, icons will appear next to each comment like the example below. The comment icon indicates whether it is unmarked, a to-do that needs to be actioned, or done.

Marking a comment as a to-do or done

What do the different comment icons mean?

  • Unmarked: white dot

  • To-do: red dot with a white tick

  • Done: green dot with a white tick

Tip: If you would like to change the default pin colors of grey (unmarked), red (to-do), and green (done), click your avatar and select profile, then settings.
