Why can’t my file be uploaded to monday.com?

If you have a monday.com integration or automation set up to update a proof’s original file into a monday.com file column, it is important to be aware of a file size limit that may prevent a file from being uploaded.

monday.com automations have a file upload limit of 500MB. If a proof file is larger than this, you will see the following image in monday.com:

The file is too big image that will be seen in monday.com if your file is too big to be uploaded to a column.

To manually upload the file, open the proof and follow these instructions to download the original file so that it can be uploaded to your monday.com item.
