Team administrators can control advanced setup options for their team’s connected ClickUp integration.
To access advanced ClickUp integration options
Click your avatar and select team, then integrations. Then click the cog icon on the ClickUp integration card.
This user will be associated with proof actions seen on the ClickUp task. This user is also used when searching for ClickUp tasks in the reference field. It is recommended to set up a user called ‘PageProof’. This user must have access to the workspace’s tasks.
Create proof summary on tasks
A proof summary will display on the ClickUp task with information such as:
The name of the proof
Workflow step the proof is up to, and the step due date
Count of decisions made on the proof
approved with changes (if this decision option has been turned on by the team administrator)
Count of comments
Upload approved files to tasks
When a proof referencing a task is given final approval, automatically upload its file to the task.
Note: There is a file upload limit of 1GB.
