What is PI Smart Tags
PI Smart Tags automatically analyze the content of your proofs and apply intelligent tags based on what’s inside the file. Instead of relying on file names or folders, you can search by describing the content – like “blue packaging with butterflies” – making it dramatically faster to find the right proof.
PI Smart Tags is available on all PageProof plans.
Data access
PI Smart Tags is a PageProof Intelligence feature that must be enabled by a team administrator.
Smart Tags is currently available on static proofs:
Images (jpeg, png, webp, tiff, psd, ai)
PDF – the first page only.
PI Smart Tags uses Microsoft Azure AI services (Computer VisionAI)
Your data is not used to train AI models outside of the PageProof Intelligence® platform.
Enabling PI Smart Tags
Step 1
As the team administrator, click your avatar and select team, then settings. Turn on PageProof Intelligence®.
Step 2
Toggle on PI Smart Tags.
New proofs created from this point forward will have Smart Tags analyzing the creative to allow searching for the proof using a description of the creative content.
