PageProof shows a clear status and progress indicator for collections, so you can instantly see how work is tracking across multiple proofs – without needing to open each proof individually.

This makes it easier for team members and administrators to understand whether a collection is still in review or fully completed.

Collection status and progress

For each collection, PageProof displays:

  • Collection status
Indicates the overall state of the collection, such as:

    • Empty

      • There are no proofs in the collection yet.

    • Not started

      • The collection has been created, but proofs haven’t been sent to reviewers yet. The collection will be in the proof owner’s outbox.

    • In progress

      • One or more proofs still need review or approval.

    • Completed

      • All proofs in the collection have been approved and/or archived.

  • Progress bar
A visual indicator showing how far the collection has progressed through review and approval.

  • Progress count (for example, 2/8)
Shows how many proofs are completed (approved or archived) out of the total number of proofs in the collection.

Where collection status and progress is shown

In the collection navigation pane

When you open a proof that is part of a collection, you’ll see the collection’s status and progress at the top of the collection navigation pane. This provides an at-a-glance snapshot of how the collection is tracking overall.

Note
Only team members can see a collection’s overall status and progress – even if they’re not added to every proof in the collection. Users who are not part of the team won’t see this information.

On collection tiles (team collections)

For team administrators, the same status and progress information is also shown directly on the collection tile in the team collections area. This makes it easy to monitor progress across multiple collections – without opening each one – and quickly decide whether any action is needed, such as archiving the collection.
