Reviewer decisions

When a reviewer or mandatory reviewer has finished reviewing the proof, clicking the finished button will present them two options:

If the team administrator has turned on the approved with changes option under their team settings, a third option will be seen by reviewers: approved with changes.

A summary can be seen at the top of the proofing screen and also in the proof’s info pane (click the i icon to open the info pane).

Tip

Click the decision icon to reveal who has made that decision.
