The HTTP archive format, or HAR, is a JSON-formatted archive file format for logging a browser’s interaction with a site. The extension for this kind of file is .har.

To export a .har file

Step 1

Right-click anywhere in PageProf and select Inspect.

Right mouse click and select inspect

Step 2

In the developer tools, click Network – ensure Preserve Log is ticked, and you are recording (the red dot on the left hand side is on).

Step 3

Refresh your PageProof screen, and perform the action again that you wish to report to the PageProof team.
You should see the developer tools window registering the logs. Right-click on the logs and select Save all as HAR with content.
