The HTTP archive format, or HAR, is a JSON-formatted archive file format for logging a browser’s interaction with a site. The extension for this kind of file is .har.

To export a .har file

Step 1

Right-click anywhere in PageProf and select Inspect.

Right mouse click and select inspect

Step 2

In the developer tools, click Network – ensure Preserve Log is ticked, and you are recording (the red dot on the left hand side is on).

Ensure record and preserve log are selected

Step 3

Refresh your PageProof screen, and perform the action again that you wish to report to the PageProof team.
You should see the developer tools window registering the logs.

Click the download icon (icon on the far right) to download the HAR file.
