You can automatically create a monday.com item when a specific person in your team creates a proof. To do this you must add an integration card to your monday.com board.

Add the ‘user’ integration to your monday.com board

Step 1

In monday.com, add the following integration to your board:

Step 2

Specify a user. All proofs this user creates will automatically create a monday.com item.

In this example, we have specified the user [email protected].

Specify the column information for your monday.com item.

Note: Make sure you have the column set on your board first.
