If you like to use certain workflow templates over others, marking a template as ‘favorite’ will display the workflow at the top of the list when setting up proofs.
To favorite a workflow template
Step 1
Click your avatar and select workflows.
Step 2
Hover over the workflow tile and click the favorite icon.
The workflow template will now appear under the favorites section of your workflow when you are setting up proofs.
You can also favorite a workflow template when in the list view of workflow templates.
