Proof templates are a great way to boost your team’s efficiency and maintain consistency when proofs are created.
If your team administrator has created one or more proof templates for your team to use, and the proof templates feature has been enabled by the team administrator, you can apply a proof template when setting up a proof in the proof setup screen.
To apply a proof template in the proof setup screen
Step 1
In the proof setup screen, click select template.
Then select the proof template to apply to the proof setup screen.
Tips:
Use tags to default PageProof X-Tools to your creative projects. Any tags added by a proof template will show a border around the tag pill:
Any owners added by a proof template will show a border around the avatar:
After applying the proof template to the proof setup screen, if a change is made to any of the fields set by the proof template, a modified pill will be displayed next to the proof template.
