You can add a PageProof integration card recipe to your monday.com board from the Integrations Centre. Search for “PageProof” and you will find seven integration cards to choose from.
Four integration cards will add a new proof as an item on a board when a PageProof user creates a new proof based on the rules you set. Two will keep items that reference a proof in sync, and, one will set a particular column to a status.

Integration recipes
When a proof is created by user, create an item and keep it in sync
When a specific user from your team creates a proof, automatically create an item in your monday.com board and keep the item in sync. For example, if the proof changes status, due dates etc, the information will be reflected in the columns of your monday.com board.
Note: An item reference will be automatically added to the proof which you can see in the proof’s info pane.
When a proof is created with a tag, create an item and keep it in sync
When a proof is created with a specified tag, automatically create an item in your monday.com board and keep the item in sync. For example, if the proof changes status, due dates etc, the information will be reflected in the columns of your monday.com board.
Note: An item reference will be automatically added to the proof which you can see in the proof’s info pane.
When a proof references an item on this board, keep it in sync
When a proof references an item in your monday.com board, keep the item in sync. This allows you to set what information from PageProof is mapped to item columns. For example, if the proof changes status, moves to a new workflow step, comment counts change etc, the information will be reflected in the item columns on your monday.com board.
When a proof references a subitem on this board, keep it in sync
When a proof references a subitem in your monday.com board, keep the subitem in sync. This allows you to set what information from PageProof is mapped to subitem columns. For example, if the proof changes status, moves to a new workflow step, comment counts change etc, the information will be reflected in the subitem columns on your monday.com board.
When a proof referencing an item on this board reaches status, set column to status
When a proof changes its status in PageProof, the column on your monday.com board will be updated. This is useful for when you only want to be updated with a proof’s certain status. For example, only update the status when the proof has a to-do list, or have been given final approval.
When a proof is created by user, create an item
When a specific user from your team creates a proof, automatically create an item in your monday.com board.
Note: this rule will not keep the proof status in sync.
When a proof is created with a tag, create an item
When a proof is created with a specified tag, automatically create an item in your monday.com board.
Note: this rule will not keep the proof status in sync.
When a proof referencing an item on this board reaches status, upload its file to column
When a proof referencing an item in your monday.com board reaches a status – for example approved, upload its file to a column.
When a proof referencing a subitem on this board reaches status, upload its file to column
When a proof referencing a subitem item in your monday.com board reaches a status – for example approved, upload its file to a column.
