Expanded reviewer decision webhook
The reviewer decision webhook now includes two additional events: approval reverted (triggered when an owner or team admin withdraws the proof’s final approval) and to-dos reverted (triggered when an owner or team admin reverts a proof’s to-do list). Smarter handling of skip previously approved reviewers
When a workflow already contains a top step titled Approved the previous version, choosing skip previously approved reviewers now adds those reviewers directly into that existing step.
A cleaner, more intuitive workflow experience.
New email notification: final-step approvals
Proof owners can now receive an email each time an approver in the final workflow step approves a proof.
This notification (on by default) includes:The approver’s decision
The message to owners, if provided
How many approvals are still required before the proof receives final sign-off.
A simple way to stay across approvals without monitoring the proof in real time.
Clearer workflow template labeling
If a workflow template is modified during proof setup, its name now appears at the top of the proof’s info pane with (modified) appended – for example,
Marketing workflow (modified).
This makes it easy for teams to see at a glance when a template has been adjusted for a specific proof.

Quick filters let you narrow results instantly.
Advanced filters give you the power to refine your search even further – filter by:People and role: proof owner, gatekeeper, mandatory reviewer, and more.
Date: created this month, due this quarter, or approved within a specific date range.
You can also choose how your results are sorted and whether to display them in ascending or descending order – making it faster than ever to find exactly what you need.

Festive fun, now with flexible controls
PageProof’s Celebrations – think confetti pops, themed icons, and special effects – have long added a bit of joy to the review experience. Now, team admins and users have the option to turn these effects off if they prefer a quieter dashboard.Team-level control: Team admins can disable celebrations for their team under Team Settings.
Individual preference: When enabled at team level, users can still choose to turn celebrations off in their own profile.

Collection sidebar: Focus on active proofs
We’ve added a handy checkbox to the collection sidebar that hides archived proofs by default – so you can easily focus on what’s active.
If you’d like to see archived proofs too, simply check show archived. Proofs that are archived display a dashed grey border around the tile.
Barcode scanner: new formats supported
The barcode scanner now supports additional barcode types like Codeabar, GS1 DataBar (expanded and limited), MicroQR, and more – expanding your proofing power for packaging checks.
