Text search for static proofs
You can now search for text within static proofs using the new Text Search tool in Magic Tools.
Text search scans the entire proof to find a word or partial word, highlights every match, and lets you navigate between results. As you move through matches, the proof automatically jumps to the correct page and location.
To refine results, you can choose to match whole words only and/or match case. You can also create a comment directly from a search result for faster feedback.
This makes it quicker to locate content, verify terminology, and review large proofs without manual scrolling.

PageProof’s Celebrations – think confetti pops, themed icons, and special effects – have long added a bit of joy to the review experience. We’ve added a handy checkbox to the collection sidebar that hides archived proofs by default – so you can easily focus on what’s active.
If you’d like to see archived proofs too, simply check show archived. Proofs that are archived display a dashed grey border around the tile.
Barcode scanner: new formats supported
The barcode scanner now supports additional barcode types like Codeabar, GS1 DataBar (expanded and limited), MicroQR, and more – expanding your proofing power for packaging checks.
