Enterprise team admins can now set default proof settings on behalf of individual team members — giving you more control over how proofs are created, without changing team-wide defaults.
Set defaults per team member for:
Proof due date and time – ensure consistent timelines across every proof
Reminders – keep reviewers on track with predefined nudges
Message to reviewers – pre-fill instructions to guide better feedback
Defaults are applied when that team member creates a proof, while still allowing flexibility when needed.
