Managing workflow templates just got much easier.
The redesigned workflow templates screen now uses a streamlined list view — making it faster to scan, sort, and manage large numbers of templates.

What’s new:
- View more workflow templates at once in a clean list layout
- See workflow template descriptions directly in the list
- Sort by column to quickly apply the ordering you need
- View the number of workflow steps in each template
- See how many times each template has been used.

Add multiple proofs to a collection at once
Organizing proofs into collections just got faster.
Proof owners can now bulk add proofs to a collection directly from the dashboard. Simply open manage dashboard, select add to collection, choose your proofs, then select the collection you want to move them into.

Perfect for grouping related proofs by campaign, project, client, or workflow — without moving them one at a time.

Creating proofs just got easier with the updated PageProof Windows desktop app – designed to keep you in your flow and remove the steps between finishing your work and getting it reviewed.

You can now add a description to your workflow templates, giving helpful context at a glance.
- Add a description to any workflow template
- See the description as a tooltip when hovering over the template name in the proof setup screen
- Search for workflows using text in the description – in both the proof setup dropdown and the workflows page.

Default proof settings for your team members
Enterprise team admins can now set default proof settings on behalf of individual team members — giving you more control over how proofs are created, without changing team-wide defaults.

Set defaults per team member for:
- Proof due date and time – ensure consistent timelines across every proof
- Reminders – keep reviewers on track with predefined nudges
- Message to reviewers – pre-fill instructions to guide better feedback
Defaults are applied when that team member creates a proof, while still allowing flexibility when needed.
