PageProof release: v11.24.0

Release date: 7 October

Enhancement

  • Print sheets follow your comment order

Comments on a print sheet now appear in the same order as they do on the proofing screen. Sort comments by date, commenter, or another available option, and the print sheet will reflect that order.

PageProof release: PageProof app for Jira

Release date: 6 October

Feature

  • Create and track PageProof proofs from Jira with the new PageProof app for Jira

The new PageProof app for Jira lets you start proofing from an issue and see progress without leaving Jira.

To create a proof, open a Jira issue, select the three dots menu, then choose Create proof. If the issue has attachments, select the file you want to proof. You’ll be taken to PageProof to complete the proof setup.

Create a proof from attachments on a Jira issue using the PageProof app

You can also add a PageProof card to an issue. Select Add app action, then PageProof. The card gives you a quick view of the proof’s status, comment count, and decisions.
